The form set out in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Completing it is optional.

This is the model withdrawal form required by Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. You only need to complete and return it if you wish to withdraw from the contract — and you do not have to use this form at all. The online withdrawal function does the same job in about a minute and gives you a timestamped acknowledgement straight away.

Notes
- Sending it is enough. To meet the deadline it is sufficient that you send this form before the 30-day withdrawal period expires. It does not have to reach us within that period.
- A signature is only needed on paper. If you send it by e-mail or use the online function, no signature is required.
- You do not have to give a reason. The form has no field for one, and neither does our online function. Any shop that requires one before it will accept a withdrawal is adding a condition the law does not permit.
- We acknowledge receipt either way. However you send it, you get written confirmation carrying the date and time we received it.
