What we accept

Pay now

  • Card — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, with 3-D Secure. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own hosted page and never touch this site.
  • PayPal — balance or a linked account.
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — one tap from your device wallet.

Pay later, or in person

  • Bank transfer — we send you the IBAN and a reference. We hold the goods for 7 days and ship as soon as it clears.
  • Cash on delivery — pay the courier in cash when the parcel arrives. Available with standard delivery, express delivery and pickup point.
  • Pay on collection — card or cash in the shop, when you collect.

No surcharges, ever

Article 19 of Directive 2011/83/EU forbids charging a consumer more than the cost the trader actually bears for using a given means of payment. We keep it simple: every method costs the same, which is nothing extra. There is no card fee, no PayPal fee, no cash-on-delivery handling charge and no “convenience fee” of any kind. The total shown in your basket is the total.

Why offline methods matter

A shop that only accepts cards excludes everyone without one, everyone who does not want to give card details to a shop they have not used before, and everyone whose card was declined for a reason the shop will never see. Offering at least one method that charges nothing at the moment of ordering is not a compliance requirement — it is just what a shop that wants the order does.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. It stores no card data because it never receives any: there is no card field anywhere on it. In a real deployment the payment step hands off to the provider’s hosted page, which is precisely what keeps card data out of the shop’s own systems and out of scope of PCI DSS for the shop.

In this reference storefront no payment is ever actually taken.
